These terms apply when you use Glance for iPhone. Apple's standard licence for apps also applies, and where the two differ, Apple's licence wins.
You get a personal, non transferable licence to use Glance on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not resell the app, copy it, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
The tasks, habits, countdowns, and other entries you create belong to you. They live on your device and in your own iCloud. We claim no ownership and we have no access to them.
Glance displays information from your calendar, reminders, and health data. It depends on iOS features such as widgets and live activities, and Apple controls how often those refresh and how long they stay on screen. Because of that, Glance is provided as is, without a guarantee that information is always current or that the app is free of faults.
Glance is a convenience, not a critical alerting system. Do not rely on it alone for medication, medical, safety, or legal deadlines.
Activity figures come from Apple Health and are shown for information only. Glance is not a medical device and gives no medical advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed events or lost entries.
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version always appears on this page.
